Qualifications:
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to excel in signage and large format print sales would be ideal
- Outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills
- Well organized and disciplined
- Knowledge and understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office required, experience with CRM and ERP preferred
- Strong verbal and written English
- A strong self-motivator, an effective influencer with excellent communication and presentation skills

Our account executives must be able to sell the complete array of services that Multigraphics offers. In addition to large format print graphics and installation we offer all levels of signage production and installation.
We also require the candidate to be a “sales hunter” capable of prospecting and cultivating new opportunities.

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year + commission

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and maintain advanced digital printing equipment (e.g., large-format printers, flatbed printers, or other relevant systems).
- Prepare files and ensure print settings are accurate, adhering to client specifications and quality standards.
- Manage the finishing process, including laminating, cutting, trimming, and binding.
- Monitor job progress and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain seamless production.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing and finishing equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to achieve optimal output quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

POSITION SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the centerpiece to the entire project’s flow, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Monitoring and tracking progress of each project (or order)
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Performing other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Having past experience in the sign and graphics industry is a bonus, but not a must. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is driven, willing to learn, and go beyond the minimum requirement. If you possess the following soft skills, you’d be a great fit to our team:

SUMMARY:
Wide format printing finisher and operator. Good with your hands? Join the fast-paced sign industry as a sign maker/print operator/finishing technician. Must be quality-conscious while also being able to work under tight deadlines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of sign/graphics industry substrates, media, products & equipment such as plotters, large format printers and machinery
- Familiar with CAD cutting, sewing/welding, pole pockets, reinforcement of banners and
grommets
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read Work Order Carefully. Ask questions if you are unclear about details.
- Manage time allocated to specific functions of job.
- Performing lamination, cad cutting, masking, and weeding.
- Trimming and mounting large format prints.
- Preparation of a variety of printed materials.
- Proofs finished graphics to ensure completeness and quality standards are maintained prior to installation.
- Proofs installed graphics making sure quality standards are maintained
- Packaging. Specific for delivery or shipping.
- Keep all equipment and immediate work area clean.
- Keep a safe work area. Remove safety hazards.
- Other duties may be required.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co‐workers.
- Must have good attention to detail and quality control.
- Must be a self‐starter able to complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- The ability to express thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of standing during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods.
- Ability on a consistent basis, to function in a fast‐paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving
mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; and risk of electrical shock. - The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and hearing protectors are required

- You are a 3M, Avery Installation Certification
- You have experience in working for a printing company before
- You have installation experience of vinyl graphics on a variety of interior and exterior wall surfaces and different substrates
* Once in a while, overtime is required. As a result, the selected candidate must be flexible to work past or before normal business hours.
Hours per week: 30 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day
Pay per hour: $22 – 25, based on experience
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Reviewing sales documents for accuracy and making invoices.
- Sales invoices booking and filing.
- Set up new accounts for each new client.
- Sending out Account Receivable statements to each client monthly.
- Suppliers invoices PO matching, booking, and filing.
- Visa cards statements and receipts reviewing and summarizing.
- Recording and Posting Credit Card transactions.
- Employees’ timecard preparation, counting and recording overtime hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Purchasing Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate and correspond with vendors and co-workers.
- Setup new vendors in ShopVox as needed.
- Generate purchase orders and email to suppliers and installers.
- Assist in end of month inventory update.
- Maintaining internal inventory control spreadsheets.
- Assist in verifying and approving supplier invoices.
- Other admin duties as assigned from time to time.
Experiences & Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a must.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (primarily Excel), Word.
- Well organized and high level of integrity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Full training will be provided.
