“The brave and the brilliant”

We are proud to share that the TED2024 environmental graphics — produced and installed by our team — received the prestigious Communication Arts Award of Excellence, one of the most coveted recognitions in the visual communications industry. Winning this award places the TED Creative team, and all collaborators involved, among the highest ranks of professional design.

This year’s theme, “The Brave and the Brilliant,” was brought to life through a colorful and immersive environmental design that transformed the Vancouver Convention Centre. From vibrant stair risers and window films to floor graphics, pillar wraps, wall coverings, and printed magazines, every detail reflected the spirit of exploration and curiosity. TED’s Brand Creative team developed the visual identity using custom lettering, in-house illustration, bold color, and layered typography — and we made it tangible across the entire venue.

Behind the Scenes

Our role began six months before the event, supporting everything from Pantone color-matching and material testing to full-scale production. In just one week, we printed the entire suite of graphics, carefully managing installations with boom lifts and expert crews to ensure every piece was perfectly placed — and seamlessly removed after the week-long event.

This recognition is a testament to the power of collaboration. We’re deeply grateful to TED for the opportunity, and incredibly proud of our team for bringing such an inspiring vision to life.

Humanity Reimagined

Building on our enduring, 13‑year partnership with TED, we were proud to deliver the environmental graphics for TED2025—held April , 2025 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Under the powerful theme “Humanity Reimagined”, the event challenged “what humans are for in an age of rapidly advancing AI” (Ted Conferences, 2025)

Our team brought the theme to life across the venue with vibrant window films, striking floor decals, stair risers, pillar wraps, wall coverings, and printed materials, all aligned with TED’s visual identity.

We kicked off the project six months ahead of the event—color‑matching Pantone books, finalizing materials and layouts, and syncing schedules for simultaneous multi-surface production.
