POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Print Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing and finalizing assigned projects by acquiring resources and with the support of the Account Manager, coordinating the efforts of clients, team members, suppliers/vendors. Essentially, you will define the project objectives, create dockets and oversee the quality control throughout the cycle of the job including final compilation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Liaise with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and requirements documentation.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Update Win/Loss status of all projects estimated.
  • Immediately following shipment review docket for accurate final data to facilitate accurate billing.

MUST HAVES:

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role from a commercial print or creative agency environment; you have the proven ability to manage multiple projects, troubleshoot and provide solutions. You also have demonstrated organizational skills with fantastic verbal and written communication skills and ultimately enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

SUMMARY

Wide format printing finisher and operator. Good with your hands? Join the fast-paced sign industry as a sign maker/print operator/finishing technician. Must be quality-conscious while also being able to work under tight deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of sign/graphics industry substrates, media, products & equipment such as plotters, large format printers and machinery
  • Familiar with CAD cutting, sewing/welding, pole pockets, reinforcement of banners and
    grommets

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read Work Order Carefully. Ask questions if you are unclear about details.
  • Manage time allocated to specific functions of job.
  • Performing lamination, cad cutting, masking, and weeding.
  • Trimming and mounting large format prints.
  • Preparation of a variety of printed materials.
  • Proofs finished graphics to ensure completeness and quality standards are maintained prior to installation.
  • Proofs installed graphics making sure quality standards are maintained
  • Packaging. Specific for delivery or shipping.
  • Keep all equipment and immediate work area clean.
  • Keep a safe work area. Remove safety hazards.
  • Other duties may be required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co‐workers.
  • Must have good attention to detail and quality control.
  • Must be a self‐starter able to complete projects with minimal supervision.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Multigraphics is currently seeking a talented graphic designer that specializes in any of the fields below:

  • Graphics for large format printing
  • 3D-rendering
  • Interior design
The ideal candidate is a highly creative, resourceful and visionary individual who can create and manage the design process from start to finish. You will be responsible for several tasks including designing and developing various marketing collateral for printing; such as office environmental graphics, wayfinding signage, and architectural finishes.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position will include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare customer (architects, contractors and designers) drawings into vector artwork using relevant software (AI, PS, etc.) with the specifications of the printing capabilities of Multigraphics
  • Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Work with Sales and Projects teams to identify solutions for new and ongoing projects

REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is driven, professional, and go beyond the minimum requirement. If you possess the following skills, you’d be a great fit:

  • 2+ years of graphic designing
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency of design software applications and tools including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to internal teams and clients
