Event Graphics That Bring Bentley’s Vision to Life
In the bustling heart of Vancouver, Bentley Systems, an Amsterdam-headquartered company, held a major event to showcase its diverse range of projects. The event needed clear and effective communication, and the company turned to Multigraphics Ltd. to bring its custom event signage to life, guiding and engaging participants as they navigated the space
From freestanding boards to intricate vinyl wraps, the Multigraphics team was charged with creating a cohesive visual experience that would aid wayfinding and make a strong impact on attendees.
The project’s extensive scope covered a range of signage solutions, including 36 freestanding boards to showcase contestant projects, six column wraps, and nine sets of vinyl door graphics. Large-scale printed window film was also applied, alongside a variety of custom-fabricated elements — from freestanding wall graphics and backdrops to floor graphics, elevator graphics, and POP displays — all designed to bring the event’s branding to life.

Timeline and execution
The tender process began in June, and Multigraphics was awarded the project in July. Shortly after, we met with the client on-site to explore marketing opportunities and refine the project scope. Before production, we developed prototypes and supplied templates for the client’s artwork, making sure every tradeshow solution was perfectly tailored to their needs. Last-minute design adjustments were successfully managed in-house.
Production commenced at the end of September, with a 10-day turnaround for fabrication. Installation was strategically completed within just three days, accommodating other ongoing events and trades at the venue.

Challenges & solutions
One of the primary challenges was logistics, safely transporting large-scale materials while ensuring efficiency during installation. To address this, we developed custom-moveable pallets, allowing our team to transport materials seamlessly from our facility to the venue and maneuver them within the site as needed.
Additionally, we worked under strict delivery schedules and coordinated with other vendors operating at the venue. To optimize efficiency, we deployed multiple installation crews, each dedicated to specific project components of the event graphics, ensuring simultaneous and streamlined execution within the tight three-day timeframe.
