Oakridge Park: A Comprehensive Environmental Graphics Case Study
The redevelopment of Oakridge Park stands as one of the most ambitious retail and transit urban transformations in Western Canada. Multigraphics was trusted to deliver the fill-site environmental graphics and architectural signage masterclass for this landmark Vancouver destination. Balancing the complex demands of subterranean commercial wayfinding with premium retail construction hoarding, our teams completely transformed the visual landscape of the entire property within a highly compressed schedule. From heavy-duty parkade traffic infrastructure to permanent, large-format interior wall graphics, this project showcases Multigraphics’ ability to execute flawless commercial branding and signage design at an elite civic scale.
Engineering & installation breakdown
Executing a commercial project of this magnitude required advanced production planning and high-performance materials engineered to withstand heavy public use. For the exterior perimeter, Multigraphics manufactured and deployed over 600 custom-cut Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) finished with premium anti-graffiti lamination to serve as a high-end structural construction hoarding system. Simultaneously, our subterranean wayfinding division rolled out thousands of regulatory indicators, directional signs, and EV wall-mounted panels to map out the massive parkade structure.
Moving inside, the project shifted toward high-fidelity architectural glass graphics and grand-scale feature walls, highlighted by “The Nest” a flawless, 615-square-foot, seven-panel permanent installation. To meet the strict project deadline without interrupting continuing site operations, we deployed seven specialized installation teams simultaneously. This coordinated effort allowed us to complete the comprehensive interior and parkade layouts in a remarkable four-week schedule.

Permanent Architectural Signage & feature displays
Beyond temporary retail hoarding and transitional graphics, the scope of work included the production and precision installation of four permanent, mega-scale graphics walls integrated directly into the structural footprint of the property. These architectural branding installations were engineered as long-term fixtures, requiring ultra-high-resolution printing and rigorous material durability standards to withstand continuous public exposure in high-traffic corridors.
Foremost among these structural features is “The Nest” – a seamless, 615-square-foot spatial graphic display composed of seven perfectly registered, multi-tier panels that demonstrate an absolute mastery of complex panel-matching and seamless graphic alignment. Accompanying “The Nest” are three additional large-format permanent graphics walls distributed across key public spaces, providing a unified, premium visual narrative that elevates the modern interior retail environment and establishes an elite standard for permanent environmental graphics.
