Behind the Scenes
Our involvement began long before installation day; from early planning and engineering coordination to on-site construction. Over several weeks, our team managed every stage of production: fabricating the structural framework, wrapping more than 450 feet of ACP panels in precision-cut vinyl, and assembling illuminated corner features built to withstand the elements.
Every detail, from the alignment of the graphics to the color of the screws, was intentionally executed to deliver a clean, cohesive look. This project is a true reflection of teamwork; combining design, fabrication, and installation expertise to transform an active development site into a bold visual statement for Marcon and QuadReal.

Located at 2968 Christmas Way in Coquitlam, is an ambitious mixed-use masterplan development designed to connect the neighbouring cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. Featuring nine high-rise concrete towers, the project will bring together over 3,000 condominiums, rental units, commercial spaces, and a hotel, creating a vibrant urban hub at the heart of the Tri-Cities.
The project showcases an impressive level of craftsmanship and scale, with over 200 man-hours of production and 80 hours of on-site installation. The build incorporated more than 260 sheets of 6 mm aluminum composite panels, 2,000 linear feet of UV-printed vinyl, and 4,000 screws, each meticulously anchored to ensure durability. The centerpiece features 12-foot illuminated signs with programmable RGB lighting, bringing the development’s brand to life both day and night.
